RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return policy
We will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to our warehouse. We offer a 14 calendar day return policy so you can buy with confidence. If 14 days have passed since you have received the products, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Items you return with signs of use, scratches or damages will be rejected and returned to sender.

To initiate the return, please send an email to info@Dalily-jewellery.com within 14 days of the delivery date. We will then provide you with the details and return label.

Shipping 
We are unable to offer free returns for customers, returns must be made at your own cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We advice you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Refunds
Once your return has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method within 14 working days. Please note we can only refund the amount in to the account where the original payment came from. 

Late or missing refunds
Depending on the service and country with which you return your item(s), it can usually take up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be delivered and processed by our return team.

If your return is marked as delivered, please wait, our return team will contact you by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.

Sale items
Sale items can be returned and refunded within 14 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges 
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
